Leila Fatima Keita ist eine queere, behinderte Filmschaffende, die seit 2020 Dokumentarfilm und Montage an der Hochschule für Film und Fernsehen in München studiert. Aufgrund ihrer Identität hatte sie in der Vergangenheit freiwillig und unfreiwillig mit dem Thema Diskriminierungsformen und deren Ursachen zu tun. Gemeinsam mit der BIPoC Gruppe ihrer Hochschule setzt sie sich für eine Rassismus-kritische Lehre ein. In ihren Filmen beschäftigte sie sich bisher mit den Themen Identität, Zivilisation und Feminismus.
Leila Fatima Keita is a queer, disabled filmmaker who has been studying documentary filmmaking and editing at the University of Television and Film Munich since 2020. Due to her identity, she has dealt with various forms of discrimination and their causes, both voluntarily and involuntarily, in the past. Together with the BIPoC group at her university, she advocates for anti-racist education. In her films, she has focused on themes of identity, civilization, and feminism.
